I <taglink type=program country=en id=9776>paid</taglink> for <taglink type=program country=en id=4754>NeoTrace Pro</taglink> in 2001, and it's still one of the most useful tools in my toolkit. Very fast and informative, and I can cut and paste rogue IP address ranges (usually in the USA!) straight into my server email filter.
